Shipping Costs
We currently only ship to the UK and EU.
We will cover the costs of standard shipping for all orders more than £20 across the UK Mainland.
Shipping costs can be calculated from the basket page or during the checkout process. If no shipping cost can be calculated, please email hello@fountdrinks.com with the details of your order and we will calculate the shipping cost for you.
For customers outside the EU, all prices are exclusive of any local taxes and import/custom duties or handling charges which may be due. Please note that you may be required to pay any such taxes and duties before the authority releases your goods to you. Fount Drinks (or our holding company, Droplets Drinks Limited) cannot be held responsible for the payment of any such taxes, duties and charges nor any loss incurred by you as a result.
Delivery Timeframes
Shipping times vary by delivery address. For delivery within the UK, it can take between 1-3 working days from dispatch. For delivery to Europe, it can take between 4-10 working days from dispatch. Bank holidays, national holidays and peak seasonal shipping periods will result in longer delivery times.
Shipping Notification
Our carriers will communicate directly with you via email and/or SMS to confirm the tracking details and options for diverting the delivery to a designated safe place or neighbour if this is available - where this is part of their service.
Delays
Fount Drinks (or our holding company, Droplets Drinks Limited) cannot accept responsibility for delivery delays or for failed delivery, though we will do everything we can to help with any missing deliveries.
